One of our friends is a lover of all things cinema. He’d always wanted to start a film festival on Long Beach Island, NJ, where his family spent their summer vacations. In 2009, he decided to act upon this dream and thus the Lighthouse International Film Festival (LIFF) was born. In the beginning, this was a small operation of friends donating their time to make the festival a success. OrangeYouGlad was called in to handle the print, branding and web aspects of the project.

Since 2009, the festival has grown immensely and we’re still their go-to folks for their program guide, posters, rack cards, postcards, advertisements (New York Times, Philadelphia Inquirer, etc.), web banner ads, and their website.

In 2015, the festival updated their branding with a new logo designed by OrangeYouGlad. To accompany the new look, we created a presentation system for sending information to motion picture distribution and production companies as well as potential sponsors of the festival.

It’s worth taking a look at some of the work from previous festivals. It’s exciting to come up with new illustrations every year.
