OrangeYouGlad, founded in 2002, has over 20 years of cumulative experience in online services, working for such firms such as Kidzbop (Razor and Tie), DK Publishing, Viking/Penguin, Atlantic Challenge, Sesame Workshop, Universal Music, Doubleday Broadway, The Make-A-Wish Foundation, the American Booksellers Association, Cookthink, the Penobscot Bay History Museum and more.
Our mission is to provide smooth and seamless web development, and unique best-of-breed design that translates to quality visitor experiences, decreased administrative time and competitive leadership for our clients. While OYG is a fairly small company, we attribute our small size, personal hands-on approach to project management and our exceptional high standards for design and quality as our company's success factors.

Tamara Duncan, Co-Owner/Creative Director
With over 10 years of experience in the creative field, Tamara oversees a team of web, print and multimedia designers. She is also an experienced interface designer, molding information architecture and graphical user interfaces into high caliber user experiences. Prior to OYG, Tammy was an Art Director at Lead Dog Digital, Senior Designer with Iconixx and worked on projects for clients that included WorldBank, Friedman Billings Ramsey FBR.com, Prudential Financial, and MCI. Tammy has also taught Web Design and Development as an adjunct faculty member at The American University for three years. She has also won the Addy, The Art Directors Club, One Show, reBoot, 800x600 and Graphis' Interactive Annual awards, CommArts and How's site of the day and has been featured on both Commarts Insights and Area of Design's Featured Artists. In 2004 Tamara's work was featured at the Wicked Pulp gallery in Portland Maine in a solo show entitled We should have jet packs by now.
Mary DeMichele, Co-Owner/Technical Director
Mary has assisted numerous clients, from startups to Fortune 1000 companies, in formulating and executing comprehensive Internet strategies. These include ecommerce, community portals, content distribution, broadcasting, and multimedia. She is responsible for formulating the technical requirements of a system by working closely with the customers and solution strategists and for developing all web projects - HTML development, programming integration, testing, creating technical specifications and userflow, cd-rom programming, ecommerce integration, quality assurance testing and technical estimating. Prior to OYG, Mary was a Senior Developer and Team Leader at Proxicom for two years and a Senior Developer at Iconixx for five years. She has extensive experience in DHTML, HTML, JavaScript, asp, php, and jsp integration, Flash, Director, database integration and management and has worked on over 100 websites.
Deanna Destefano, Designer
Deanna graduated from Penn State's design program in 2007 and has been with OrangeYouGlad ever since. She has designed a number of projects for Sesame Workshop, and also DK's annual holiday gift guide. Deanna is skilled in Flash, branding and web design.
Veronica Pisano, Designer
Veronica graduated from SVA in 2007 and joined OYG directly after. She has worked on a number of projects including Nesting Mode's branding and site design, OYG holiday promotion and is currently designing our new website. Veronica is a skilled illustrator and designer who brings a unique approach to every project.
